Sweet inspiration meets bold color in this joyful Donut Day art workshop! Students will use both watercolor and oil pastels to create vibrant, mouth-watering donut artwork inspired by real treats, playful patterns, and imaginative designs.
Young artists will explore:

Blending and layering oil pastels for rich color

Creating texture and shine (glazes, sprinkles, frosting!)

Drawing from observation while adding personal flair

Composition and pattern through repetition and detail
This workshop is designed to be accessible for younger students while offering plenty of creative challenge for older children in grades 1–8. Each artist will leave with a finished donut artwork bursting with color and personality—and maybe a little extra inspiration for dessert 🍩
