This fine art class is for students who are moving on to a more independent level with their art. The teacher will work with students towards reaching their own individual artistic goals and improving their art skills and techniques.
Projects will include working from observation/still life, learning to use reference photos, portrait work and developing illustration skills using a wide variety of art materials. Supplies include pastel, marker, colored pencil, charcoal pencils, oil pastels, watercolor paints, acrylic paints, printmaking materials and mixed media.
Class sizes are limited to 10 so that the certified art teacher can give personalized attention to each student.
Class price includes all materials used during the classes. Materials and supplies are sanitized before and after each class.
Please bring any samples you may have of past student work on the first day of class so that the instructor may gauge the student's learning level, and discuss possible projects and goals with the student.
