Unleash bold creativity in this high-energy camp inspired by street art, graffiti lettering, and the vibrant world of skateboard design! Perfect for kids who love urban art, animation, bold graphics, and BIG imaginative ideas.
In this four-day creative experience, campers learn the foundations of street-art style — including graffiti lettering, stenciling, sticker design, bold color blocking, and layered mixed-media techniques. They’ll explore how real artists develop personal style, create expressive tags, and build powerful compositions.
Each artist will design and paint their own custom skateboard deck (wall-art style or functional, depending on your materials). Using acrylic paint pens, stencils, water-based paints, and collage techniques, kids will create a stunning piece that truly represents their personality and creative voice.
The week ends with an Urban Art Showcase where families can see all the decks, posters, and street-art graphics their artist has created.
All art camps/classes at Art Studio Hamptons are taught by New York State Certified Art Teachers with years of experience in the classroom who also practice their own art professionally.
Each camp price includes all materials and supplies.
Camp enrollment is limited, early registration is recommended.
Remember, art supplies are messy! Please arrive in clothing that will look great with permanent paint splatters on it!
